    Hi my name is Frank Higashino

    I have been the Parts and Service manager for Elk Grove Kia for the past 9 years. I have 22 years experience in the automotive field.

    I also have had the pleasure and challenge of running the service department for the past 2 years.

    I am Kia master elite certified for both Parts and service. I have learned that it takes the whole team to get the job done Sales, Service, Parts and if you are going to say I will take care of it, You Do It!!!

    My name is Suleiman and I've been with the Snyder Organization now for about 6 years and going strong.  I've worked around cars for over a decade now and love what I do. 

    I started off from a lube-tech at Florin Road Toyota and from there moved from being an express lube advisor at Elk Grove Toyota to being an assistant service Manager her at Elk Grove Kia.  I believe treating your car right and your car will treat you right.  That's why keeping up with maintenance plays a big role in keeping your car running in tip top condition for the lifetime of your vehicle.  I take pride in customer satisfaction and treat everyone's vehicle as if it were my own.  

    Working with Snyder Organization has given me the experience to do what I do best.  I look forward to seeing you in my service dept.

    Hi, my name is Tony Lei and I am proud to be a Service Advisor here at Elk Grove Kia. I have been with the dealership since June of 2010. I started out at Elk Grove Toyota in the express lube and in less than three months I was giving the opportunity to become a Service Advisor here at Elk Grove Kia. Since I have started working here I met a lot of new people and made many new friends.

     

    I have been in the automotive industry for over five year now. I started out changing oil with Jiffy Lube and move to a service advisor position. Having experienced the service side of the process I realize that I loved to deal with customers. So after I graduated with my bachelor's degree in business administration, I started my own business doing mobile oil changes. I learned a lot through that whole adventure, but sadly that endeavor had to come to an end.

     

    My life has been filled with many great experiences in which I gain knowledge and acquired new skill to benefit me and my profession. There have been ups and downs throughout journey but after every episode I took what I learned and applied it in a way where it helps me on a daily basis. Regardless of where life takes me one thing is for sure the automotive industry will always be a part of my life.

    Hello, my name is Anastacia Mendoza I have been with the Snider Company for 6 years. I started with the company in 2004 as a Service Receptionist for Florin Road Toyota. I was then promoted to Warranty Administrator for Florin Road Kia in 2009. I am now a certified Warranty Administrator for Elk Grove Kia. I also schedule your service appointments as well as assist you with check outs on your visits.

    We strive for excellent customer service here at Elk Grove Kia. You are encouraged to contact us with any questions you may have in regards to your vehicle maintenance.  We provide quality repairs with a peace of mind knowing your vehicle is properly maintained by our certified technicians. We know there is no right time to have your vehicle in the shop and transportation is everything, so we offer a complementary shuttle service 12 miles within our dealership.

      I've been around the automotive industry most of my life. Have been a mechanic for over 8 years and am still working on my own vehicles. Achieved an AAS degree in Automotive Technologies from Consumnes River College. I've worked in the sales of automotive parts for over 22 years with Kragen Auto Parts and Pep Boys. 12 of those years were spent holding managerial positions for those companies. Also worked as an electronic field engineer working on automotive smog and diagnostic equipment all over the west coast for approximately 9 years.
