    My name is Karen Rowe and I am the Finance Director here at Elk Grove Toyota and Kia.  I started with the company back in July of 1984.  I started as an assistant to the Finance Director and then was promoted to a Finance Manager position.  I was promoted to the Finance Directors position back in 1993.  I am a Master Certified Finance Manager trained through the University of Toyota.  I was the First Master Certified Finance Manager in the United States with Toyota.  My staff and I are all Master Certified and we maintain our certification through continued courses offered by the University of Toyota.  Our goal is to offer a customer friendly and informative financial services process.  We want the process to be customer centered and geared towards each of our customers needs.  I am married and have two children.  My family and I enjoy spending time in our Motorhome camping and boating.  One of my favorite things to do is Scrapbooking.

    Hello, my name is Amber Kranich.  I am local to the Lodi and Stockton area.  I started my journey in the car business five years ago and have been selling Kia's for the last few years.  The reason I have stuck with Kia is "The Power to Surprise"
